Thanksgiving was quiet this year. Jeff's dad and step-mom were here to join us. I was feeling rather lazy and not up to cooking, so we ordered Thanksgiving dinner through the local grocery store, Hy-Vee. It was actually very good and we had A LOT of leftovers. Plenty of good eating for the next week! Jeff's dad brought pumpkin pie, Michigan wine and their shitzu, Mattie. Soco brought nothing but his begging self to the table....typical. It was a good meal followed by a good nap.
A few weeks prior Jeff decided that we needed a Nintendo Wii. So there we were on the couch playing Wii Sports and throwing out our shoulders and backs trying REALLY hard in bowling, tennis and golf. That made a few good hours of entertainment.
Oh! We went to see Four Christmases over Thanksgiving. It was HILARIOUS!! I recommend it.
